Jessica du Boulay

Jessica du Boulay is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as the International Technical Manager and previously as the Technical Account Manager at Premier Foods since May 2015. Prior experience includes various technical and product development roles at Tesco PLC from September 2010 to April 2015, where responsibilities encompassed monitoring compliance of technical standards within international operations. Jessica also held positions as a Technologist and Assistant Technologist, starting with the role of Trading Law and Technical Graduate. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Trainee Sensory Analyst at Tesco PLC from June 2008 to August 2009. Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Food Law from De Montfort University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Marketing Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
