Jill Stimpson has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Jill started their career at All Fresh in 2002, working in a technical role. Jill then moved on to Tilmanstone Salads in 2003, where they served as a Technical Manager until 2008. After that, they joined Invicta Foods and held the position of Technical Manager for seven years. In 2015, Jill joined Brakes Group as a Technical Manager specifically for Fish and Seafood, staying until 2018. Jill then took a career break before joining Premier Foods in 2019 as an Area Quality Lead.

Jill Stimpson earned a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Food Science from the University of Lincoln, from 1986 to 1989. Prior to that, they attended Langley Park School For Girls from 1977 to 1985, but did not receive a degree or specify a field of study.
