With earlier positions at Wrigley, Danone Waters, and Reckitt Benckiser, Hatton has demonstrated expertise in market research, category development, and consumer insights across multiple brands. Additionally, Hatton contributes as a trustee for Berkshire Music Trust and has a strong educational foundation with a MA in Mathematical Sciences from the University of Oxford.
