Lee Martin

Lee Martin is an experienced food technologist currently serving as an Associate Product Development Manager at Premier Foods since July 2014. Martin has specialized in the development of ambient cooking sauces and has expanded expertise to include meal kit innovations such as dry blends and marinades. Prior to this role, Martin gained valuable experience as a Development Technologist at BCH Ltd. and completed an industrial placement during studies. Education includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Technology (Hons) from The Manchester Metropolitan University, obtained in 2014. Earlier work experience includes a part-time position as a Janitor at Mitie while attending college and university.
