Wendy Seddig

Wendy Seddig is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent and culture management. Currently serving as the Director of Talent and Culture at Premier Foods since January 2013, Wendy has held various senior HR roles including HR Director UK, Director of HR for Grocery SBU, and Head of HR for Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations. Prior to joining Premier Foods, Wendy was the Head of HR for Logistics at Hovis Ltd from July 2010 to March 2013, where responsibilities included designing and implementing the HR Strategy. Wendy's career began at Sainsbury's, where roles included HR Business Partner for Strategy and Development and multiple Regional HR Business Partner positions, focusing on logistics operations, change management, and employee relations. Wendy holds a BSc Hons in Maths from the University of Glasgow and a CIPD qualification in HR from the University of Brighton.
