Sylvain Charbonneau

Mr. Charbonneau, who joined us in October of 2020, is an experienced manager in finance with over 25 years of experience. Since 2016, he holds a CFO position for Transtex LLC, a $35 million revenue manufacturing company. In the last 10 years, he acts as Chief Financial Officer and Board member for 3 leading manufacturers, supporting their growth and international expansion. His career also includes experiences working at Deloitte and SGF (ex Investissement Québec). His strength lies in his leadership, strategic vision, judgment, and analytical capacity to evaluate investment projects.

He obtained his MBA from HEC Montreal business school in 1993, after a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
