Aubrey Minnich

Aubrey Minnich is a seasoned professional in human resources and employee engagement with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Total Rewards Analyst at Premier Health Partners since June 2025, Aubrey previously held the position of Employee Engagement Program Manager at BTAS, Inc. from September 2022 to February 2025, and served as Human Resources Director at Scott Industrial Systems, Inc. from August 2021 to October 2022. Responsibilities in earlier roles included managing HR operations, developing strategic initiatives for employee performance, and overseeing recruitment and training programs at Heartland Homehealth & Hospice.
