Ellyn Klein

Ellyn Klein, SPHR has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Ellyn started their career as a Sr. HR Specialist at Target from January 2006 to January 2008. Ellyn then moved on to become an Executive Team Lead, Human Resources at Target from March 2008 to July 2009, where they successfully managed a retail store with $26 million in revenue.

Ellyn joined Kohls as an HR Generalist at the E-Fulfillment Center in Monroe, OH from July 2009 to April 2015. Ellyn effectively handled various associate-related issues and partnered with senior management to ensure smooth operations.

In August 2018, Ellyn transitioned to Premier Health Partners as a Human Resource Manager. Ellyn later became an HR Site Lead in July 2020 and eventually served as the Human Resources Director from March 2022. In this role, they oversaw HR operations for over 3300 employees across Premier Heath’s corporate office and two hospital sites. Ellyn successfully boosted employee engagement and reduced administrative burden, allowing the team to focus on strategic initiatives.

Ellyn Klein, SPHR, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2002. Ellyn also holds additional certifications, including SHRM-SCP obtained in 2015 and an SPHR obtained in 2014 from the SHRM institution.
