Molly Hall, M.D. has a diverse work experience. Molly started their career in 1987 in the United States Air Force and worked at various bases until 2008. In 2004, they joined the Benjamin Rush Society as a member. In the same year, they also began working at Premier Health Partners as Vice President for Academic Affairs, responsible for all academic activities and research. Molly took on a similar role at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in 2008.

Molly Hall, M.D. received their education as follows: they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Combined Sciences from Yale University in 1973. Subsequently, they attended Cornell Medical School from 1973 to 1997, earning an MD degree. Additionally, they completed an MBA degree in Business from the University of Dayton Business School from 2010 to 2013.
