Pam Thompson

Pam Thompson has a comprehensive work experience in the medical imaging field. Pam is currently serving as the Director of Medical Imaging at Premier Health Partners' Miami Valley Hospital, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to this role, Pam worked at Miami Valley Hospital, where they started as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in October 2000. Pam then progressed to roles such as Lead PET Technologist, Supervisor of Nuclear Medicine/PET Imaging, and Manager of Medical Imaging. Pam has also gained experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist at CAMC from July 1991 to October 2000. Their expertise spans various aspects of medical imaging, including PET exams, quality control, regulatory compliance, and departmental operations.

Pam Thompson obtained a Master of Health Leadership degree from Western Governors University between 2020 and 2022. Pam also holds a certification as a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB), which they obtained in 1991. Prior to their master's degree, Pam attended West Virginia University from 2015 to 2016 and West Virginia State University from 1989 to 1991. Pam also attended Concord University from 1987 to 1989.
