Lucille Murray

Lucille Murray is the Director of Clinical Services at Premier Health Services. Lucille has also served as the Vice President of Diversity Strategy and VP Academy Lead at JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Murray has been with JPMorgan Chase & Company since 2016 and has played a pivotal role in leading the VP Academy, a development strategy focused on the advancement, training, retention and engagement of Diverse Vice Presidents across the firm.

Murray is known for their ability to align the D&I vision and strategic plan to business objectives, ensuring coordination and consistency across the business segments, while also accommodating specific workforce and geographical considerations. Under their guidance, the VP Academy has successfully pivoted to digital, developing virtual programming which continues to engage the VP Academy alumni of over 700 members.

Lucille Murray has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School, a Master's degree in International/Global Studies from The Lauder Institute - University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration, Finance from the University of California, Berkeley. Lucille also has certification from LinkedIn in Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for All, Yale School of Management in Fostering Inclusion and Diversity, Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics in Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), and Center for Creative Leadership in Benchmarks 360 Degree Feedback.
