Richard Benner

Richard Benner is an experienced EHS Manager at Premier Infrastructure & Energy since May 2022, with a strong background in project management and utility services. Previously, Richard served as a Project Manager at Reconn Utility Services, overseeing gas leak surveys and atmospheric inspections in Nassau and Suffolk County. In a prior role as Supervisor at USIC, Richard managed a team to ensure the safety and integrity of the gas distribution system, in addition to supervising mobile and walking gas leak surveys and underground inspections. Richard began a career as a GIS Specialist at Premier Utility Services LLC, creating maps and graphs to support client projects. Richard holds a BA in Visual Communications from Farmingdale State College.
