Garrett Epple

Garrett Epple is a professional with extensive experience in both commercial real estate and professional sports. Currently serving as Principal at Epple Commercial Real Estate since February 2024, Garrett has also been a Professional Lacrosse Player for the Cannons LC in the Premier Lacrosse League since October 2018. Previous roles include Associate at Colliers from August 2021 to January 2024, Associate Broker at Stream Realty Partners from March 2020 to August 2021, and Associate at Mercury from February 2018 to January 2019. Additionally, Garrett worked as a Staff Assistant for Congressman Andy Harris from June 2017 to February 2018. Garrett holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Resources Management and a degree in Information and Technology Management from the University of Notre Dame, completed between 2013 and 2017, following education at Calvert Hall College High School from 2009 to 2013.
