Edd Vahid

Edd Vahid is the Head of Academy Football Operations at The Premier League since August 2022, focusing on the Elite Player Performance Plan and overseeing U9-U21 fixtures. Edd also serves as a Consultant for Management Futures and a Performance Advisor for Leaders in Sport, contributing to content creation and performance topics. Previously, Edd held various roles at Southampton Football Club, including Assistant Academy Director and Academy Manager, where responsibilities encompassed youth development and updating the Academy Performance Plan. Edd's experience includes serving as a Senior Performance Lifestyle Advisor at the English Institute of Sport and as a Teaching & Coaching Fellow at the University of Bath, while also holding multiple degrees in Sports Psychology and coaching.
