Sean Godfrey is a legal professional with extensive experience in the sports and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as Head of Legal - Enforcement (APAC) and previously as Senior Commercial Solicitor and Commercial Solicitor at The Premier League since August 2016, Godfrey has developed a strong expertise in commercial law. Prior to this, Godfrey worked at DLA Piper from September 2014 to August 2016, completing multiple seats including a secondment at ITV plc. Earlier career experience includes an Account Executive role at Jon Tibbs Associates, advising high-profile clients such as Manchester United Football Club. Godfrey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Politics from Durham University, obtained in 2010.
