Sean Reed has a diverse work experience in the field of coaching, primarily in football. Sean started their career at Crystal Palace FC as an Academy Football Coach, where they focused on developing players within a professional academy program. Sean then moved to Brunel University as a Lecturer-Consultant, delivering academic development to sport science degree students specializing in coaching.

Reed then joined Fulham Football Club and held various roles, including 1st Team Coach, U21 Coach, Football Fitness Coach for the First Team and Football Rehab Coach, and Academy Football Coach. In these positions, they were responsible for training and developing players, implementing coaching and player programs, and collaborating with other staff members in various departments.

Currently, Reed is working at The Premier League as the Head of Coaching Support, where they oversee coaching support activities and leads a team. Prior to this role, they held the positions of Coaching Manager and Club Support Manager.
