Xaquelina A.

Xaquelina A. is a highly experienced professional in sports management and strategy, currently serving as the Managing Director of Strategy and Planning at The Premier League since July 2022. Previously, Xaquelina held advisory roles with the International Olympic Committee for the Paris 2024 Games and was also a consultant for the Tokyo 2020 Games. Prior to this, Xaquelina worked at Nike in various capacities, including Senior Director and Director of the Nike Explore Team Sport Research Lab, as well as a researcher specializing in physiology. Xaquelina's career began in the National Basketball Association as the Director of Player Development. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine in Neurophysiology from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons and a BSc in Psychology with a minor in Sports Science from UCL.
