Hal Adam Burton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Hal Adam started their career in 2007 at Premier Logistics Solutions as a Forklift Driver, later transitioning to roles such as Quality Control Associate, Logistics Accounts Associate, and Special Projects- Video/Marketing Manager. During their time in Premier Logistics Solutions, they were responsible for content curation, website construction, and marketing materials creation, resulting in a significant increase in revenues.

In these roles, they led teams focused on improving IT support, automation, and introducing cohesive ticketing systems within the company.
Hal Adam Burton completed their high school education at Bishop England High School from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a High School degree with a focus on General Studies. Hal Adam then pursued higher education at the University of South Carolina from 2010 to 2014. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia Production. In 2012, they also had the opportunity to study Italian Studies at Richmond in Rome, although no specific degree was mentioned for this program.
