Christi Williams, SPHR, has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Christi began their career in 1998 as an HR Specialist at UPS Supply Chain Solutions. In 2003, they moved to Aon Risk Services as an HR Generalist. In 2004, they were hired as the Corporate HR Manager at AirBorn Inc. From 2010 to 2012, Christi was the HR Manager at TexasLending.com. Christi then moved to Van-Rob Inc. as the HR Manager from 2012 to 2015. Most recently, Christi was the HR Manager at SWC Group, LP from 2015 to 2021. Currently, they are the HR Manager at Premier LogiTech.

Christi Williams, SPHR obtained their Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Brookhaven Community College between 2007 and 2011. In 2005, they earned their Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2015, they earned their SHRM-SCP from SHRM.
