David Pickard

David Pickard is an experienced professional in the field of wastewater management and business development. Currently serving as a Business Development Consultant at Premier Magnesia, LLC since June 2006, David collaborates with counties and municipalities to address odor, corrosion, and treatment challenges. Previously, David held the position of Florida Region Manager for the Thioguard group, where operations and sales were managed throughout Florida. David's career in public service includes over three decades as the Wastewater Facilities Administrator for the City of Tampa, managing the Howard F. Curren Advanced Water Treatment Plant, 220 pumping stations, and three laboratories. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The University of Texas at Arlington.
