Director Of Engineering at Premier Marine

Casey Osterholt has extensive work experience in engineering roles. They started their career as an Engineering Co-op at Hamilton Sundstrand, where they worked on vibration shaker testing and impact modal analysis for aircraft systems. They then moved on to Boeing, where they performed mechanical engineering duties for the Extra-Vehicular Activity (EVA) Team, specializing in space-walking activities. They were responsible for flight support, new hardware design, and real-time EVA support.

After Boeing, Casey joined Tennant Company, where they had several roles, including Senior Engineer, Project Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Senior Engineering Manager. In these positions, they led teams, managed projects, and were involved in new product development (NPD) and product platform strategies. They also evaluated technical and market feasibility of new technologies and led projects to deliver cost reductions and performance improvements.
