Sydni Cubia is an experienced professional currently serving as a Recreation Specialist at Montgomery County Recreation, where responsibilities include budget management, workforce development, and program adaptation for Youth Development services since April 2023. Additionally, Sydni is a Marketing Specialist at The Collective Engine and has held various roles in martial arts instruction and program management, including positions as Franchise Manager and Kickboxing Instructor at KickHouse. Previous experience also includes teaching roles in early childhood education, internships in marketing and digital media with notable organizations such as Northwestern University and the Washington Redskins, and event management for international sporting events. Sydni holds a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management from Howard University.
