John Schulz

John Schulz has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Cadet at the United States Coast Guard from 2009 to 2013. John then served on the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter STRATTON as an Ensign from 2013 to 2014, and as a LTJG from 2014 to 2015. Subsequently, they worked as a Weapons Officer on the U. S. Coast Guard Cutter MUNRO from 2015 to 2017. Following that, they served as the Commanding Officer on the USCGC JOSEPH NAPIER from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Operations at Premier Mechanical, Inc. since April 2021, after working as their Purchasing Manager from 2019 to April 2021.

John Schulz attended Benet Academy from 2004 to 2008 and obtained their High School diploma. John then enrolled at Valparaiso University in 2008 and studied Civil Engineering for a year. In 2009, they transferred to the US Coast Guard Academy and pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, focusing on accounting. John completed their degree in 2013.
