Daniel Parrotta has an extensive work experience, spanning over a decade, with various organizations in the field of human capital management, training development, and defense logistics. Daniel has served in senior management positions at different companies, including Premier Media Group, ORSA Technologies LLC, Training Design Group, Oberon Associates, and DataMill, LLC. Daniel has worked on many government and private sector projects, providing human capital solutions, and designing talent development plans for intelligence and defense enterprises. Daniel has also worked as a consultant for the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Department of Justice (DOJ), where they have delivered situational training simulating a range of permissive and non-permissive environments. Daniel has served as a member of the board of the Cochise County Reentry Coalition, where they provided re-entry training to ex-offenders and improved mental health treatment options.
Daniel Parrotta began their education in 1999 with a linguist certification in Russian Language and Literature from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center. In the same year, they also obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Applied Linguistics from Monterey Peninsula College. Their education continued with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Phoenix, which they completed in 2014. In 2013, they also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Dartmouth College.
