Trisha Reyes

Trisha Reyes currently serves as a Home Based Primary Care DNP at Veterans Health Administration since July 2019 and has been working as a Nurse Practitioner with Health Quest and Premier Medical Group of the Hudson Valley in the Pediatric Division since September 2014. Prior experience includes a role as a Registered Nurse at Health Quest from 2006 to 2014 and at Health Alliance of the Hudson Valley from 2004 to 2007. Trisha holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Quinnipiac University, a Master of Science in Family Practice Nursing from SUNY Polytechnic Institute, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Science from the State University of New York at Delhi, an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Registered Nursing from Columbia-Greene Community College, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Mount Saint Mary College.
