Poonam Bajaj is an experienced Senior Scientist at Premier Nutrition: The Good Energy People, with a robust background in food engineering and product development. Previously serving as an R&D Scientist at Protein Research and holding the role of Scientist II at Perfect Day, Poonam has directed multi-project development portfolios, led technical teams for new product launches, and engaged collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure product quality. A subject matter expert in whey protein applications, Poonam has managed research teams and contributed significantly to the commercialization of innovative food products. Poonam's educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Food Engineering from Washington State University, an M.Tech in Food Engineering and Technology from the Institute of Chemical Technology, and a B.Tech in Food Science from Marathwada Krishi Vidyapeeth.
