Tracy Shih-Chieh Lee serves as the Associate Director of Operational Excellence at Premier Nutrition, having joined the company in March 2022, where responsibilities include building and leading the Operational Excellence Team and enhancing demand, supply, materials, and deployment planning processes. Prior experience includes significant roles at Mondelēz International from August 2012 to March 2022, where Tracy held positions such as Senior Manager for Demand Process and Continuous Improvement, leading initiatives that improved demand forecasting capabilities and operational performance, and was instrumental in implementing supply chain transformations. Additional tenure at Kraft Foods Group included managing new product commercialization and demand planning projects.
