Jason Grady

Jason Grady currently serves as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of DSS, Inc. (NYSE: DSS), where responsibilities include repositioning the organization for sustainable growth and optimizing operations. Previously, Jason Grady held the role of Chief Operating Officer at DSS, Inc., overseeing nine business lines and more than 30 subsidiaries. As President of Premier Packaging Corporation, Grady led significant growth in sales revenue and EBITDA. Experience also includes Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Document Security Systems, a business development role at Berlin Packaging, and a marketing director position at Parlec, Inc., each contributing to demonstrable sales increases and innovative strategies. Jason Grady holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Master of Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology.
