Charissa Ratz

Charissa Ratz is an experienced professional in the music industry, currently serving as an Assistant Tour Manager since January 2022, with responsibilities including show advancing, backstage catering, and transportation management. In addition to this role, Charissa has been a Promoter Rep with Echo Concerts since February 2020 and with Premier Productions, Inc. since March 2019, where key tasks also involve show advancing and settlement processes. Previous experience includes serving as a Festival Artist Relations Representative at Newmarket Music Festival in 2017 and a summer internship at In The Groove Music in 2014. Charissa Ratz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Business from North Central University, completed in 2015, following earlier studies at Southeastern University.
