Grace Gooby

Grace Gooby is a Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Senior Trainer, and Certified Somatic Coach with extensive experience in wellness practices. At Blissful Journey Wellness, LLC since 2014, Grace co-leads breathwork workshops, retreats, and facilitated sessions aimed at enhancing overall well-being. In addition, Grace serves as a Quantum Reflex Analysis Practitioner at Premier Research Labs, providing natural health consultations that assess nutrition and lifestyle. Formerly the owner of Gracie's Garden, LLC, Grace has extensive background in herbalism and natural health, complemented by experience as a Personal Assistant at the Transformational Breath Foundation, where coordination of high-quality educational courses was a key responsibility. Grace's expertise is further supported by over 17 years in laboratory research, with roles at LSU Medical Center and the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. An ongoing commitment to learning is evident in Grace's pursuit of further certification in Somatic Coaching and a diverse educational background in herbalism and natural health practices.
