Michelle Forsyth

Michelle Forsyth is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources and customer service management. Currently serving as an HR Benefits & Technology Specialist and Hiring Assistant at Premier Roofing Company since 2018, Michelle has a strong foundation in employee benefits and technology integration. Prior to this role, Michelle spent six years at Starbucks, where positions included Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Shift Supervisor, and Barista, demonstrating a progression of leadership responsibilities focused on operations management and customer service excellence. Earlier experience includes roles as a Teaching Assistant at Trinity University and as an Office & Laboratory Assistant at Sinton Instruments, among others.
