Justin-Kyle Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Justin-Kyle most recently held leadership positions at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, including as Lead Director - Advanced Process Insights & Reengineering (APIR) - Medicare and Lead Director, Business Consulting - HCB Transformation Solutions. Additionally, they served as the Head Coach for the Men's 7s Team at Premier Rugby Sevens and National Athletic Village (NAV 7s Rugby). Justin-Kyle'scoaching roles focused on developing athletes and achieving success at national levels. Justin-Kyle also co-owned and instructed at Carolina's Premier Resource, a CPR and First Aid training company. Prior to that, they held roles as the Head Coach for the U23 Men's 7s team at Panthers Rugby Academy - USA South and as a Process Excellence Manager - Continuous Improvement Consultant at AmerisourceBergen. Justin-Kyle also gained extensive experience in process improvement and business consulting at Aetna, U.S. Bank, Liberty Mutual Insurance, and POS.com. Justin-Kyle Anderson began their education journey in 2005 at Johnson & Wales University, where they completed an Associates of Applied Science degree in Hotel Management by 2007. Continuing their studies at the same institution, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Hospitality Management, Hospitality Sales & Event Management, and Marketing, which they completed in 2009. Additionally, Justin-Kyle Anderson has obtained various certifications, including Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner and Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc.
