Cathy Lee Winter

Cathy Lee Winter is an experienced executive coach and leadership advisor, currently serving as President at both Premier Sport Psychology, PLLC and Premier Performance Advising since January 2021. With a strong background in leadership development, Cathy held various roles at Korn Ferry from 2008 to 2021, including Partner and Senior Principal, focusing on executive-level assessment and succession strategy. Prior to Korn Ferry, Cathy worked as Human Resource Director at Jeffrey Slocum & Associates and was a self-employed Human Resource Consultant. Earlier career experience includes roles as Director of Customer Care at Entrust Datacard and Advertising Operations Manager at Star Tribune. Cathy holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and an MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas.
