Lisa Flynn

Lisa Flynn has over 20 years of experience working in various industries, starting as an Elementary School Teacher in 2002. Lisa then transitioned into roles in healthcare with the Central California Alliance for Health, working as a Pediatric Care Coordinator and Claims Technician II. In 2019, they became a Recruiting Manager for Robert Half, where they collaborated with Vice Presidents and Division Directors to build business during difficult times, and placed professionals in finance, accounting, and human resources. Following this, they worked as a CX Recruiter for Robinhood, where they recruited and hired 40 Customer Experience Professionals for offices in Florida, Colorado, and Texas. Lisa also worked as a Technical Recruiter for Rocket (getrocket.com) and an Executive Assistant for Robert Half. In 2023, Lisa will join Premier Talent Partners as a Commercial Operations Coordinator. Finally, they worked as a Substitute Teacher for Swing Education in 2023.

Lisa Flynn has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Colorado Boulder. Lisa also obtained a Teaching Credential in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of San Diego and Notre Dame de Namur University. Additionally, they hold a K-12 Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from the California Commission of Teaching. During high school at Crystal Springs High School, they were the President of Senior Class and played varsity volleyball and soccer for four years. Lisa attended the University of San Diego and also obtained another Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Colorado Boulder.
