Mary Henderson

Mary Henderson has over 25 years of work experience in various human resources and administrative positions. Mary started their career as a paralegal at Larson and Burnam, where they also provided operations support. Mary then worked as an executive assistant at Arthur Andersen LLP, managing daily activities and schedules for three audit and REIT partners, while producing edited letters, memoranda, presentations, and reports. Mary later became an HR generalist at HR Options, managing all HR responsibilities for a staff of up to 200+ off-site employees, including employee relations, contract negotiations, 401K benefits administration, payroll, compensation and wage structure consulting, new employee orientations, and interviews. Mary then joined Premier Talent Partners, where they served as a human resources manager and later as a director of people operations, responsible for human resources operations, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.

Mary Henderson earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, which they attended from 1987 to 1991.
