Karine Paradis, CFA, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and industries. Karine is currently the Director of Finance & Administration at Premier Tech Systems and Automation since March 2023. Prior to this role, Karine worked at Roland Berger as both a Senior Consultant from January 2023 to March 2023 and a Consultant from May 2021 to January 2023. Karine also worked at HSBC as an Officer in Charge - Assistant Vice President from May 2020 to August 2020. Karine's longest tenure was at HSBC Commercial Banking where they held the position of Relationship Manager Corporate Banking from November 2015 to September 2019. In this role, they managed a portfolio of corporate clients, maintained relationships, and provided financial advice. Karine also worked as an Analyst in Corporate Banking at HSBC from July 2014 to November 2015. Prior to joining HSBC, they had a brief role at Procter & Gamble in Customer Business Development. Overall, Karine's work experience showcases their expertise in finance, consulting, relationship management, and corporate banking.
Karine Paradis, CFA, MBA has a diverse education history. Karine completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Concordia University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Finance, General from Université Laval in 2014. Karine also completed a semester abroad at the University of Navarra in 2013 and another semester abroad at Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2012, both towards their B.B.A. in Finance, General. Karine began their academic journey at Cégep de Rivière-du-Loup where they completed a DEC in humanities and mathematics from 2009 to 2011.
In addition to their formal education, Karine Paradis has obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute in 2018. Karine also holds the CFA Institute PL Program 5-Year Milestone Badge.

We create solutions for the Organic industry We develop equipment to help automate flexible packaging lines for organic materials such as bark, peat moss, compost, and mulch. We also provide peat moss fields and conditioning equipment such as harrows, vacuum harvesters, mixing lines, screening systems, and balers. We create solutions for the Industrial sector We build equipment to help automate bagging and packaging operations for specific industrial products such as chemicals, insulation, and minerals. Our lines can be equipped with weighing and feeding systems, bag fillers, balers, valve packers, palletizer, case packers, stretch wrappers, and stretch hooders.
