Rachel Lunce

Rachel Lunce started as the Director of Human Resources with Premier Thermal in June of 2021. Rachel has over 12 years of Human Resources Management experience in the manufacturing and service sectors both within the United States and North America. Rachel is responsible for the Human Resources planning, staffing, training and development, compensation, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and policies and procedures related to the Human Resources function for all Premier Thermal locations. She also plans, develops, and implements performance management, employee benefit programs, recruitment and retention programs, training and development programs, employee relations programs, policies and procedures. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Baker College. She is a member of the Greater Lansing SHRM chapter.
