Tori Geer began their work experience in 2004 at Paula Jefferson & Associates, a public accounting firm, where they worked as a Staff Accountant. In this role, they were responsible for preparing various tax returns and renditions.

In 2007, Tori joined Premier Trailer Leasing, where they held multiple positions over the years. Tori started as a Senior Accountant and eventually moved up to Manager of Human Resources & Administration. Tori then became the Director of Human Resources and later transitioned to the role of Director of Finance, Treasury, Accounting Services & Tax.
