Hatiya Dunlap, M.ED, currently serves as the Business Manager for Nursing Administration at Atrium Health, Cabarrus since January 2022, while also holding the position of Senior HR Consultant at Atrium Health and Carolinas HealthCare System since 2016. In addition, Hatiya has been a Learning and Development Manager at Premier, Inc since December 2009, leading efforts to design continuous learning initiatives and technical training, as well as developing user-friendly dashboards for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
