Pauline Endres Oyer

Pauline Endres Oyer, MBA, CMRP, currently serves as a Senior Implementation Consultant at Premier Inc., a position held since November 2021. Prior to this role, Pauline was the Strategic Sourcing & Operations Director at University Health from January 2014 to November 2021, where significant contributions included leading the Procurement Team, overseeing complex contract negotiations, and directing Supply Chain Information Systems project implementations. Pauline's earlier experience includes managing Clinical Facilities at University Health and serving as the Materials Management Supply Chain Supervisor at Miami Valley Hospital. Pauline holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of the Incarnate Word.
