Samuel Kline

Samuel Kline is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in contract management and legal strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Legal Contracts Manager at Premier Inc. since December 2015, Samuel has held various roles including Legal Contracts Manager, Manager of Integrated Business Strategy, and Senior Contract Specialist. Prior to this, Samuel worked as a Contract Manager at CECity.com, Inc. and gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at Abramovitz and Cymerman LLC, where responsibilities included researching complex legal issues and drafting court pleadings. Samuel Kline earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Penn State University.
