Scott McCleary

Scott McCleary has a strong and diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Scott currently holds a position as a Principal Software Architect at Premier Inc. Starting in November 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Engineering Leader for DynamoDB at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from August 2022 to December 2023, where they successfully led a Test Cluster Automation project. Before that, Scott served as the Senior Vice President of Technology at Pharmacy Quality Solutions, Inc. from May 2020 to September 2022 and as the Vice President of Software Engineering from November 2020 to May 2022. At both positions, they demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic planning, and promoted a culture of transparency and team performance. Scott also held managerial roles at Blackbaud and Benefitfocus, and worked as a Team Manager, Lead Application Developer, and Application Developer at Highmark Inc. from 2005 to 2015.

Scott McCleary attended Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania from 2001 to 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology.
