Valerie Boelman

Valerie Boelman serves as the Senior Director of Process Improvement and Revenue Enablement at Premier Inc. since September 2023, focusing on optimizing revenue cycle processes and enhancing sales enablement capabilities. In addition, Valerie is an Adjunct Instructor at Nebraska Methodist College, developing a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt curriculum and creating healthcare-focused teaching materials. With prior experience as Assistant Vice President of Process Improvement and Engineering at UnityPoint Health from January 2017 to September 2023, Valerie has also contributed as an Adjunct Instructor at Drake University and held various engineering and supervisory roles in the manufacturing sector. Valerie holds a Master of Engineering in Healthcare Engineering and a Graduate Certificate in Health Systems Engineering and Management from Texas Tech University, along with a BS in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University.
