Janice Johnson-Lugo

Janice Johnson-Lugo has extensive experience in marketing and communications. Janice began their career in 2005 at Motorambar Inc. as a Product and Pricing Analyst, where they worked until 2007. Janice then joined First BanCorp as a Marketing Communications Manager, a role they held for eight years. In 2015, they joined PremierOne Credit Union as Assistant Vice President of Marketing and later became the VP of Marketing. Janice's work experience demonstrates their expertise in marketing strategy, communications, and leadership.

Janice Johnson-Lugo completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico, where they attended from 1997 to 2001. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree specializing in Marketing from Universidad Metropolitana, from 2004 to 2006.
