Maria Soledad Piazza

Maria Soledad Piazza is a seasoned professional in the fields of wine and beer, currently serving as Embajadora Honoraria at Premios Latinoamérica Verde since October 2019 and as an independent entrepreneur at Comé Des-Hechos Cerveza since March 2014, focusing on creating healthy food products from brewery waste. Previous roles include Head Sommelier of Institutional Relations at Supernova Cerveza Artesanal and Executive Sommelier at D`ora in Poi, alongside significant teaching positions in enology at the Escuela Argentina de Sommelier and Instituto Culinario Latinoamericano Mausi Sebess. Maria Soledad has developed the Enologist School at Bodegas Nieto Senetiner and has gained extensive sensory analysis and brewing certifications from various esteemed institutions, including Doemens Academy and the Beer Judge Certification Program.
