Beth Ratliff

Beth Ratliff is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Premise Health since April 2014. Prior to that, Beth served as the President at CHS Health Services from February 2007 to 2014, the industry's largest independent provider of onsite health care solutions. Before their role at CHS, Beth was the Assistant Vice President of Operations at CHD Meridian Healthcare from May 2000 to February 2007, where Beth managed onsite medical centers and pharmacies. Beth also has experience as the Director of Rehabilitation at Toyota Motor Manufacturing in Georgetown, Kentucky. Beth holds an MBA in Business and Healthcare from Indiana Wesleyan University, a BA in Physical Therapy from the University of Louisville, and attended Kentucky Wesleyan College and Eastern Kentucky University.
