Daniel Reece

Associate Vice President, Operations at Premise Health

Daniel Reece has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of human resources. Daniel began their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Menards, Inc in 2002, before moving on to work as a Human Resources Generalist at Morton Metalcraft Co from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2008, they served as a Human Resources Manager at SVI Media, Inc. Daniel then transitioned to a role as a Human Resource Manager at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc from 2008 to 2011, where they provided legal and regulatory advice and handled performance management issues.

In 2012, Daniel joined Caterpillar Inc. as a Human Resources Consultant, where they focused on vendor management, diversity and inclusion, and employee development. Daniel also oversaw the requisition and placement process for six global divisional facilities.

In 2016, Daniel's career took him to HSHS Medical Group, where they served as the Director of Clinical Services for occupational health, on-site employer clinics, and telehealth. Daniel successfully designed a response to a request for proposal and implemented a significant contract with a 4500-employee client.

Most recently, Daniel worked at Premise Health, starting in 2018 as the Director of Client Operations and later transitioning to the role of Senior Director of Client Operations. In these positions, they were responsible for strategy, operations, and services, as well as client satisfaction and team member management. Daniel also oversaw millions of dollars in revenue annually.

Throughout their career, Daniel Reece has consistently demonstrated their expertise in human resources, strategic planning, and operational management.

Daniel Reece completed their Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Illinois State University in 2001. Daniel then pursued a Masters in Business Administration from the same university and completed it in 2011.
