Elizabeth Reimer

Elizabeth Reimer is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Premise Health. Elizabeth has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and has been with Premise Health for over 4 years. Prior to joining Premise Health, Elizabeth was the Senior Director of Human Resources at Cigna-HealthSpring from January 2012 to September 2014.

Elizabeth is a strategic HR leader and consultant, providing solutions to improve processes and team dynamics to optimize organizational effectiveness. Elizabeth has a proven track record of leading and executing human capital strategies that drive business growth, leadership development, succession planning, employee development and engagement, and diversity initiatives.

During periods of rapid change and growth, Elizabeth has supported leadership teams and employee populations through the deployment of robust change management strategies and communication plans. Elizabeth is also skilled at anticipating future HR resource requirements of client groups based on business, industry and market conditions.

At Premise Health, Elizabeth manages a team of approximately 6-8 Human Resource Managers who support 4,000+ employees within the senior segment operations. The HR Managers are located geographically/functionally to their client groups.

Elizabeth Reimer has a Bachelor of Science in Communications/Business Administration from SUNY Brockport. Elizabeth is certified by Korn Ferry Advance in Korn Ferry - 360, Korn Ferry - Leadership Architect (Competency Framework), and Center for Creative Leadership in CCL. Elizabeth is also certified by The Myers-Briggs Company in MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator Instrument) Certified and Human Resources Certification Institute in PHR. Lastly, they have a certification from Human Capital Institute (HCI) in Strategic Workforce Planning.
