Ryan Stevenson

Ryan Stevenson has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Ryan is currently the Director of Client Operations at Premise Health, a position they assumed in May 2022. Prior to this, Ryan held the role of Vice President Operations at CareTeam from May 2019 to March 2021. During their time at CareTeam, Ryan successfully managed twenty direct primary care clinics, launched new sites, implemented new health service programs, and increased patient enrollment. Ryan also optimized telemedicine and telephonic services to support virtual encounters. Before joining CareTeam, Ryan worked at ScribeAmerica from December 2015 to May 2019. Ryan served as the Director of Emergency Scribe Services, overseeing implementations and day-to-day operations across multiple sites. Ryan achieved excellent results in customer satisfaction, growth, productivity, and gross margin. Ryan also held the position of Senior Project Leader at ScribeAmerica from October 2013 to December 2015, where they managed multiple scribe programs and led recruitment, training, and expansion efforts. Ryan Stevenson completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences at William & Mary in the years 2000 to 2004. Ryan later pursued their medical education at St. George's University School of Medicine from 2007 to 2011, earning a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree. Currently, they are enrolled in the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where they are working towards a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on healthcare, from 2022 to 2024. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Business Analysis for Project Managers" and "Project Management Foundations" from LinkedIn in 2021.
