Rafi Dowla

Rafi Dowla has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Rafi co-founded PremiseHQ SaaS Inc. in 2017 and served as the Chief Executive Officer and later as the Chief of Technology until September 2021. At PremiseHQ SaaS, they developed a cloud-based micro-services platform tailored for real-estate needs.

Prior to that, Dowla worked as the Chief Software Architect at NetraMark Incorporated from February 2018 to May 2020. Rafi was responsible for the architecture of software solutions.

From 2008 to 2017, Dowla held the position of Director of IT at Codemen Solutions Inc., where they served as an IT consultant, designing and deploying IT solutions for various clients. Rafi also provided consultation to All State Insurance Canada on the implementation of Microsoft CRM 4.0.

In 2005, Dowla was a partner and senior analyst at Cidamon, where they managed and coordinated projects related to strategic IT implementation, application development, game development, and online presence strategy. Rafi successfully led multiple projects and implemented cloud solutions and eCommerce integration with social media.

From 2013 to 2016, Dowla worked as a Senior IT Consultant at Allied Properties REIT, where they managed, architected, and implemented technology projects, including building operation automation, data accessibility, and tenant portal development.

Additionally, Dowla has experience as the Chief Software Architect at Image Terrain Inc., a project manager at FanTrail, Inc., and a senior consultant at Global Payments. Rafi also worked as a project manager at Cidamon LLC and served as a graduate and teaching assistant at Edinboro University of PA, where they assisted in teaching computer science and mathematics classes.

Overall, Dowla has a strong background in IT project management, software architecture, and developing cloud-based solutions.

Rafi Dowla pursued their education starting in 2001 at PennWest Edinboro, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, with a minor in Psychology in 2004. Rafi then continued their educational journey at the same institution from 2004 to 2006, earning a Master's degree in Information Technology.
